Oued Laou

I - Beach Oued Lau

Oued Lau is a small city in northern Morocco, a seaside resort in the most pristine of the Maghreb.

Off tourist season which is the major resource of the city, fishing is the second major activity.

Like all cities of rif, it is part of plans to redevelop the land by the Department of Planning for sustainable development and improving the living conditions of the permanent population.

Located in the region Tanger-Tetouan, the resort offers more beaches, summer festivals and a traditional souk outdoors.

There were many foreigners during the peak season and are most investors in the real estate sector in Oued Lau.

II - Tourism in Oued Lau

In addition to weather in Oued Lau and sweet tempered throughout the year, the area offers unspoiled landscapes with mountains and roads hardly concrete.

In this regard a proposed expressway between Oued Lau and Tetouan is underway and facilitate access to the village from the major axes.

Seaside tourism and ecotourism are predominant.

Compared to Chefchaouen or the coast between M'Diq and Fnideq, the city is still undeveloped and this all the more charming.
What attracted many foreigners and has renewed interest for homes for sale in Oued Lau.
